Phone Rentals
Before boarding the bus in Tel Aviv, everyone will be able to receive a cell phone. All you need to get a phone is to provide a credit card number as a deposit. The cell phone plan includes free phone calls between all members of your group and ALL incoming calls are free. The cell phone is free and it makes keep in contact with the group whilst in Israel much easier for safety reasons even if you don't plan on spending money on it. We will also be SMSing you on it for safety and security reasons from time to time, or just to see how you are doing. It's always good to know that you can call someone if in trouble. Delivery/Pickup:

You will receive your cell phone(s) at Ben Gurion airport upon arrival at the group buses area. The group delivery service is FREE of charge. You will receive your cell phone number via e-mail approximately 3 days prior to your scheduled departure date.

All cell phones come fully charged with an Israeli wall charger and ready to use upon arrival in Israel.

Every phone will come with a padded return envelope for easy return at the end of the trip. We will arrange a pick up from the group at Ben Gurion airport prior to your scheduled departure from Israel.
Extending your cell phone rental end date:

You may extend your cell phone rental end date past the scheduled group return date by simply indicating your departure date from Israel on the order from. If you are not sure if you will be staying longer than the group, then put in the group's departure date on the order from and call us during your stay in Israel to let us know when you plan to extend to. We will then update your contract end date in our database and your calling rates will remain the same until you depart Israel.

If you do plan to extend your stay in Israel, you will be able to return your cell phone using the padded return envelope at the "Cellcom Store" in Ben Gurion airport after you check in your baggage and go through security. (The fee for using the return envelope is $5).
Billing/Deposit:

As our billing cycle ends on the 20th of each month, you will receive an itemized bill via e-mail at the beginning of the following month for all call usage up until the 20th of the month prior and a few days later your credit card will be charged. Please bear in mind, that many program run through several billing cycles and as such you may get more than one bill depending on your program's dates.

All phone rentals will be charged a $39 deposit as soon as the order is received by Talk'n'Save and will be credited back to the customer on their last bill. The main purpose of the deposit is to insure that the credit card given is valid.
