Phone Rentals

All our participants will be given the opportunity of renting an Israeli cell phone upon arrival at the airport in Israel

Why we advise you to rent?

-          ITS FREE!!! There is no rental charges, you only need to pay a deposit of $39 which will be refunded at the end of the trip.

-          All calls made between group members including staff are completely free

-          All INCOMING calls are completely free (please note that if you plan on bringing an American cellphone with you, incoming calls can be charged at very high rates)

-          It's always good to know that you can call someone if in trouble

-          There is no long paperwork work involved – you only need a credit card number

-          Ability to extend cell phone rental if you intend to stay beyond the trip dates

-          We send you special text messages throughout the trip so without the phone you miss out!!

Other Information

Delivery/Pickup

You will receive your cell phone upon arrival at Ben Gurion airport at the group buses area. The group delivery service is FREE of charge. You will receive your cell phone number via e-mail approximately 3 days prior to your scheduled departure date. 

 We will arrange a pickup of your phone at Ben Gurion airport prior to your scheduled departure time. The group pickup service is FREE of charge.  Every phone will come with a padded return envelope for easy return at the end of the trip.

All cell phones come fully charged with an Israeli wall charger and are ready to use upon arrival in Israel.

Extending your cell phone rental end date

You may extend your cell phone rental beyond the scheduled group return date by simply indicating your departure date from Israel on the order form. If you unsure as to whether you will be staying longer than the group, then simply put in the group's departure date on the order form and call us during your trip to let us know when you plan to extend until.  We will then update your contract end date in our database and your calling rates will remain the same until you depart Israel.

If you do extend your stay in Israel, you will be able to return your cell phone using the padded return envelope at the Ben Gurion airport post office located just before security after baggage check-in.  (The fee for using the return envelope is $5).

Billing/Deposit

The billing cycle ends on the 20th of each month and will receive an itemized bill via e-mail at the beginning of the following month for all call usage up until the 20th of the month prior.  This will be charged to the credit card number provided by you around this date.  Please bear in mind, that many programs run through several billing cycles and you may get more than one bill depending on your program's dates.

All phone rentals will be charged a $39 deposit upon the order being received by the cellphone provider ("Talk 'n' Save") and will be credited back to you on your last bill. The purpose of the deposit is to ensure that the credit card given is valid for billing purposes.
