Recruiting and Staffing our Trips
Dear Recruiter:
As a Sachlav recruiter you will be representing the entire Sachlav family as well as the Taglit birthright israel program. There is much honor and pride in this as your contribution will be invaluable.
We are offering the following options:
• Recruit and ticket 40 people =
receive 7 days in Israel for FREE (includes airfare)
• Recruit and ticket 10 people =
eligible to be a staff member on our Taglit birthright israel trip.
(Based on Taglit birthright israel staff eligibility rules and an interview)
You can only choose one of the above and let us know in writing your choice. Once you have made your choice there is no option to change it unless agreed upon beforehand.
Conditions:
1. To apply to be a Sachlav recruiter by filling in the form below.
2. You cannot be a staff member on the same group as your friends unless you have been assigned to it by Sachalv.
3. You can be a staff member only on the season you recruit for.
4. You must enter the people you recruit in the Sachlav registration system.
5. If you recruit and collect deposits from 15 people and choose the option of being a Sachlav staff member you must also meet the following requirements.
a. You must be at least 21 years old.
b. You must send us your resume
c. You must pass our interview process
d. You must be present at our staff orientation
e. You must have previous experience on an Israel program
f. You must have the ability to work in a education al environment as well as have previous experience with leading groups.
6. Sachlav will make the final decision regarding staff placement and departure dates.
7. Sachlav reserves the right to make any changes to the mentioned above.
8. Sachlav reserves the right to refuse any recruiter as staff without explanation before or after the fact.
